How it Works

The plugin replaces placeholders in the format {{field_name}} with the corresponding custom field value. For example, {{tool_description}} would be replaced with the content of the “tool_description” custom field.

• For URL field type fields, you need to use like this: https://{{website_url}}
• For images, you need to use HTML as shown in the 2nd screenshot below

Installation

1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/custom-field-parser directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
3. Go to Settings → DN Custom Fields Parser to configure the plugin.
4. Select the post types where you want to enable custom field parsing.
